Smoothies for after-workout
We spend a
lot of time choosing our favorite physical activity, but very little preventing
the hydration and feeding needs after exercise.
Given that
the body suffers great wear and tear, we need to change our eating habits,
especially at the end of our routines.

almond milk

walnut milk
1/2 cup
coconut water
1/2 cup of
strawberries
1/2 cup
pineapple ice to taste

Optional:
dates without seed for sweetening or agave honey
PREPARATION
1. Mix all
the ingredients in a blender.
Take it
